This unique octagonal house was designed to maximize a narrow lot on a boulevard of mainly two family dwellings.
Set back from the road, light floods the interior’s wood finishes and cottage style details.
The split level design leaves plenty of natural light in the finished basement as well as a designated entry foyer and sitting area.
The third floor master suite’s glass-topped interior walls allow for an uninterrupted view of the fir ceiling accentuating the home’s eight sides.
